Shipping Policy

  • Ready made items - Free shipping in the contiguous USA.

  • Custom made items - Customer pays shipping with final payment.

    • Any item over 150 lbs will be sent via freight on a very well packaged pallet

  • Damage 

    • Our packages are prepared very well to prevent damage.

    • Packages are sent insured.

    • In the event of damage - please secure a written document from the delivery person that identifies the damages.

    • Take a picture of the packaging and damage.

    • If the damage is discovered afterwards, do not discard the packaging.  The delivery service will need to come to your location and inspect the packaging and the damaged goods.
